«WORLD of Siberia» is the event of the year!

The International Festival of World Music and Crafts «WORLD of Siberia» became the winner of the National Tourism Award «Route Is Set», organized by the media group «Komsomolskaya Pravda».

This award unites the best practices in the tourism sector and covers a wide range of directions — from gastronomic and industrial routes to family, inclusive, and event-based tourism. It includes large-scale cultural events, hotels, health resorts, digital platforms for travelers, tour organizers, and entire regions.

In total, 1187 applications from 79 regions of Russia and the Republic of Belarus were submitted for participation in the jubilee, fifth season of the «Route Is Set» Award. The competition was held in 23 categories. The Krasnoyarsk Region was represented in 8 of them. The finalists of the award were selected by All-Russian online voting, and the winners from among the leaders of the public rating were determined by a competent Jury. The participants were evaluated by the heads and employees of travel associations, public organizations, federal media journalists, organizers of specialized events, bloggers, and well-known travelers.

The International Festival of World Music and Crafts «WORLD of Siberia» has won the recognition of professionals in the «Event of the Year» nomination.

The winners were awarded in Moscow. The best initiatives of the participants will be included in the travel guide to Russia, which will be published following the results of the fifth season of the project.

The «Route Is Set» Award was established by the media group «Komsomolskaya Pravda» in 2021 to identify the best among those who organize travelling across Russia, offer all kinds of vacation options, and develop various types of tourism in our country. The award is supported by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia and the National Project «Tourism and Hospitality Industry».
